« We did the 8-day Nile cruise with Cairo and it honestly went past what we hoped for. Someone from the Cairo office met us right at arrivals, and our guide spoke excellent English and clearly loved the history - he read our kids perfectly and never let them get bored. We hit the Pyramids at 8am before the tour buses showed up, the new Grand Egyptian Museum was stunning, and the four nights on the boat flew by. They answered WhatsApp at all hours. « My first time in Egypt, and definitely not the last. The value is hard to beat - 12 days, all-in, with every domestic flight inside Egypt arranged for us. « Solo female traveler, first time in Egypt, and yes I was nervous going in. Turned out there was nothing to worry about. SEV set me up with a female private guide, Yasmine, who stayed with me the whole time - secure hotel, private transfers, not one moment where I felt unsafe. « Booked this one purely for the diving and it delivered. The Red Sea sat around 84°F, visibility was unreal, and the sites were incredible - we added the Brothers Islands. The SEV team also talked us out of doing Cairo in mid-July, which would have been a real mistake. Hurghada in summer is the move. Five-star Steigenberger, all-inclusive, two dives a day. No complaints from me. »

« Family trip with our two kids, 8 and 11, and I was bracing for them to be bored stiff. Instead the guide somehow made the pyramids genuinely exciting for them.
